There are no land birds in Antarctica, only sea birds. I didn't see many birds, just some Skuas and Penguins

The Adélie Penguins (Pygoscelis adeliae, german: Adeliepinguin, french: Manchot Adélie) let me come fairly close. Adélie Penguins are a very noisy bunch, screaming at each other continuously, and fighting quite a bit. (363k)
